The kit includes everything that is needed to dive in the warm as well as cooler temperatures. I started diving in the tropics, then in the North Eastern United States where I live. This where the equipment is located. It includes everything except tanks and weights, and fits myself, a 5'9 male of about 170lb, shoe size 8-9.
